Now I have to admit if I were to stumble onto this website accidentally I would have probably exited the page within a heartbeat, however it was referred to me by one of my highly respected mentors so I decided to give it a chance.

Their main goal is to help you find a virtual assistant who would essentially replace you in running your online business so that you can spend your timing doing whatever else you want.

Ok so you’re probably thinking why in the world would you want to outsource to the Philippines? Why not India?
One very good reason is because the majority of people in the Philippines are more westernized unlike in India. So you can be sure that they will understand how you think and know what it is that you expect from them.
From my own personal experience this is very true.
$180 a month full time sounds cruel and sweat shop like but take note that the American dollar is currently much stronger than their currency. Essentially $180 over there is like $1,600 over here.
Everything is modernized over there and they have access to just about everything we do.
Upon joining Replacemyself you’ll immediately notice several training modules that are available which as it turns out is not for you, rather is for your virtual assistant. A big gripe for me was that more training videos were only unlocked once per month!
Doh!
However the training videos are quite good and reduce the time consuming task of you having to create them yourself. You can always unlock more training videos buy purchasing them, however at $97 per video it isn’t cheap.
No, your virtual assistant will not walk away from you and decide to launch their own website after seeing the training videos. From my own personal experience they’d rather that you pay them then for them to go out and try to figure this whole internet business themselves.
Within Replacemyself it’s not too hard finding a virtual assistant with experience in programming, graphic arts or html. However the rates for these guys usually cost a little more but it’s still way cheaper than hiring anybody here in the states to do it for you.
Definitely take advantage of this if you can.
You’ll also get access to their nifty project site where you can create projects, assign due dates and much more. Very nice to have to keep track of their progress and keep you sane.
Hand selected and pre-screened virtual assistants are available at a premium of $300, not including you paying your virtual assistants wage and the monthly $97 membership fee.
Yea, it starts to add up. But still cheaper than hiring someone in the USA.
However there is another section within Replacemyself that lists unscreened virtual assistants. This is much cheaper and was the route I took. You’ll have to prescreen them yourself but it’s worth it.
My Own Results
The majority of the Filipino virtual assistants are young but they are super reliable and very polite. From my own personal experience if you give them clear instructions and allow them to watch the training videos they’ll do wonders for you.
With my virtual assistant I’ve been able to delegate repetitive tasks and free up a ton of time where I can focus on marketing and promoting my websites.
This produced results for me immediately!
If you wanted to you could have them run your whole online business for you while you sit back and collect the checks. However I don’t recommend you go this route right away. Its best to build a relationship with your virtual assistant first and then when the trust is there you can take this route.

- New training videos are released at a snail crawling pace of once per month. Several training videos are available when you sign up and your virtual assistant can finish these within a few hours. Good thing these training videos are very well made.

On the sales page it says that you get access to 2 x 2 full day seminars that I assume are recorded. Are these the ones that are released slowly or are there other videos?

Jay, It’s the training material for your virtual assistant that become accessible on month by month basis. However during your first sign up they get access to 3 training videos right away. The free audio he mentions on the sales page you get access to immediately.
Yea the $300 for the pre-screened VAs suck but luckily they do allow you to pre-screen the other VAs in there yourself.

I just listened to the 88 minute preview video so I started searching on the net first for other real, honest reviews and found your site (actually your comment from another site). Okay, so I run a web design business and am acquiring business so fast that I can’t keep up hence the reason I liked the idea of John’s program. I would rather focus on obtaining clients (especially in my local market) and let others do the actual design and seo now. However, he did mention in the video that there are certain models this is good for. Do you think the web design and seo business would benefit from using John’s membership program? Hi Lakesha, yes I definitely believe you’ll get some awesome results from outsourcing your seo and web design with Johns program. Make sure you interview them thoroughly and see their sample works before you hire them. I had a guy that I worked with for months and he did my repetitive tasks for me but when I finally had him write my articles his grammar was way off. I literally had to go back and rewrite it myself which defeated me having him do it in the first place. Take note that hiring someone who specializes in a particular area may cost a little more but its definitely worth it. I still keep my guy around but now I only pay him when I need something done unlike last time where I had him work for me full time. Hope this helps.
