This rolodex page contains all of the important online resources that I have personally used in all my online businesses to help it grow. I find this page very helpful for myself and I’m sure you will as well.

CODING

• Real-time HTML Editor - No I don’t recommend that you go out and learn HTML. Leave that for your VA. However there may be times when you yourself may need to actually do some editing on certain HTML files. Lucky for you I found this awesome online tool that renders HTML in real time. You simply copy and paste code on the top section and it renders the code in real-time on the bottom. I simply love it. Check it out.

DOMAIN NAMES

• InstantDomainSearch.com - Yea, life sucks when your spending hours searching for domain names that are already registered. This tool makes life easier. In real time it shows you instantly if a domain is available. You just gained those hours back by reading this.

EMAIL LIST

• Aweber - Do it the right way and have a company that specializes in maintaining email lists do it for you. I can’t stress enough the importance of this. Its worth every penny. The chance of your email going directly to the junk folder just got reduced significantly.

KEYWORD RESEARCH

• Google Keyword Tool - An awesome tool to find the popularity of certain keywords and also how much PPC advertisers are paying for them. Take note that the amount shown may not be the actual amount an advertiser pays.
• Wordtracker Free Keyword Suggesstion Tool - Another  free tool that you can use to find the popularity of certain keywords. Not as robust and detailed as the paid version but it gets the job done. I use this one in conjunction with Google’s Keyword Tool.

PROJECTS

• Mindmeister.com - One of the best mind map software out there. Working on a mind map with other members is a breeze. So far no other software allows you to do this on the fly. Planning that project just got a lot easier. The iPhone app is available however it currently does not sync with the online version. Doh. Word from Mindmeister however is that this will become a reality real soon.

SHRINK URLS

• Budurl.com - Definitely one of the more professional looking websites that can not only shrink your url links but also keep detailed statistics on who clicks on it, where, when, how, etc.
